Update: @Uber@UberSupport resolved the issue and credited $45 to my account. It took 5+ days, a BBB complaint and public pressure — but they did the right thing in the end. Always document everything! #UberDriver
@Uber@UberSupport This is NOT the first time in less than a month that Uber has failed to pay me for a completed trip. On May 17, 2026, I completed a full ride (passenger Nikita, Woodstock GA → Atlanta Airport). App never showed “Start Trip” — recorded as “YOU CANCELLED” — $0.00 paid. I have screenshots documenting EVERYTHING, for both incidents. 72+ hours of ignored messages later, I filed a formal BBB complaint. This is wage theft.
