@CEPTUniversity1 and @mazdoorco came up with an innovative way of approaching issues of housing shortages and homelessness in an economical manner. We made a transportable home for a homeless family containing places to sleep, study, occupation, and a basic bathroom.
The Health Ministry advisory has asked everyone to stay indoors from 11-5 pm because of the heatwave. For the many who don’t have the luxury to stay indoors, we are providing umbrellas as part of our initiative #beattheheat

Let's celebrate the festival of Rakhi with everyone we call "Bhaiya". This year we went out on the street & acknowledged the hardwork of all our #Bhaiyas who've been out there always, working for us and making our lives simpler. #PriyBhaiya#Mazdoor
Tie #Rakhi to Bhaiya and share
Since the second wave is beginning to slow down, we want to thank those whom we are grateful for making this happen.

Dakshaben approached us when she heard about our #beattheheat initiative from her neighbour who works as a security guard.
She recently bought a 1 BHK apartment where there was no ventilation and her two year old child could not sleep the entire night!
Our Beat the Heat initiative started with cooler giveaway to Security Guards of the city but eventually the word got spread to other stakeholders as well.
Recently, we donated coolers to an Old Age Home in Ahmedabad.
With our BootSpace Kirana initiative, we have reached across 500+ families in the last 10 days.
The idea is simple. When you go out to buy essentials in these difficult times, think about those who cannot afford the essentials.

Through this initiative, we have distributed 850+ ration kits all over Ahmedabad.

The next time you go out to buy essential services, remember buying few ration kits for the pavement dwellers who have been affected the most by the second wave and the cyclone.
Keep it handy in your boot space and deliver wherever and whenever.
