After months of waiting, PSA is still asking me to pay shipping and tariffs that I need to be paying for sending the BGS and SGC slabs to US for re slab.
Can someone at PSA actually fix this case where PSA DAMAGED my slabs and asked me to pay the associated cost

PSA admitted fault & offered to pay for re-slabbing, but wants me to cover international shipping & tariffs for them. Can you help ? @natsturner
