Stop consuming other people's lives. They are not better than you. They are simply living their own. You live yours. Do things that you find exciting. Follow your interests. Write a book. Start a business. Teach something that feels like play to you. Start a Vlog on the thing you've been obsessed about since you were seven. Don't become a spectator in your own life. You are the main character. You are the hero of your story. Not them, You. Remember that.
Call it a millennial crisis if you want...
But in my 30's, I realized I don't actually want the life I worked so hard for. I don't care about titles. I don't care about climbing anyone else's ladder. I care about time. I care about slow mornings. I care about peace. I care about bare feet at the beach with nowhere to be. I still want to make money... just not at the cost of my life
I am always vocal for local. Anshul Jubli put India on the global MMA map, and I’m backing Ankit too.
But Arman Tsarukyan is a legitimate title contender and one of the best grapplers at lightweight. This is a massive test for Ankit and an exciting moment for Indian MMA fans.
I strongly believe in closure. Once I decide a chapter is over, I don't think about it again. People may give all kinds of advice, but I don't believe one should go back to someone you have already parted ways with, no matter how good the bond once was. Appreciate what you shared, wish them well, hold no negative thoughts and let the chapter stay closed.
Study yourself. Your Patterns. Habits. Compulsions. Trauma. Anxieties. Insecurities. Addictions. Once you see them, the unconscious becomes conscious. And the moment you know what they are and how they control you, you awaken. You become unstoppable.
1. Spend all your time on Instagram.
2. Stop reading books and stop going outside.
3. Doomscroll until your critical thinking disappear.
4. Once you can't think for yourself anymore, let Insta influencers become your only source of knowledge.
Congratulations, you are now genZ
Be boring. Don't chase trends. Don't follow opinions. Do your own thing. Things that feels right in your heart. Wake up early. Go for walks without music. Read books that takes weeks to finish. Watch old films nobody talks about. Music that's rare. Build a private, unimpressive life that makes you deeply happy. A slow life that feels like your own. That's all that matters.
The 'Let Them' Theory
The let them theory says that if someone wants to act a certain way, let them. If they misunderstand you, let them. If they don't talk to you, let them, or if they treat you inconsistently, let them-not because it doesn't affect you, but because their actions already give you information about who they are and what they want. Instead of forcing things, you accept the reality that you can't control everything, like how someone feels, how they show up, or how you want them to choose you. By choosing to let them, you start to see things more clearly and learn to choose yourself, your standards, and your boundaries, helping you see people for who they truly are, not based on potential but on how they really are.
Never liked Bruno Mars’ Michael Jackson impersonation.
He overdoes it every time, and instead of actually singing, he often ends up sounding like he’s singing gibberish.
Well Deserved 👏🏻
Watched it in theatres and on Apple TV, my only regret as an Indian fan was not sharing it with someone who truly gets what MJ means to me.
I vibed alone while others probably thought I was crazy. Bittersweet. But when MJ plays, nothing else matters, you’re home.
