Official at the ASK was also not aware as to why it was rejected.

This seems like a fees eating scam by the govt. What is the resolution?

Now after transferring when I’m calling, I am being told you cannot add infant on my ticket. Then why did you ask me to transfer in the first place?

It has been 16 days now. Still no resolution.

Got a call from one of your team members 2 days ago to transfer additional 12000 Miles to make the ticket and THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE APPROVAL.

After transferring they’re saying not possible?!

Promised to call back within 24 hours. It has been 48 hours to that as well.

I have no idea what fraudulent practices are going on.

First it was told it will tale 4 hours, then 24 and then 48. Guess what - it has been 120!!!
