Deeply grateful to @sardesairajdeep for his interview with Priyanka Gandhi. I feel he doesn’t get enough credit for the incredible public service he renders.

Mrs. Vadra’s command on Hindi is undoubtedly impressive - but when one listens closely, you come away realising that she lacks administrative-depth and substance; she has no ideas for governance that can translate into an inspiring vision for India or Indians.

Her brother Rahul Gandhi, is in the same boat as her - but with even worse communication skills and a strange attitude which many perceive to be arrogance.

The Gandhi siblings want us to vote for them over @narendramodi - but they offer no alternative to his decades upon decades of real administrative experience - first as Chief Minister of Gujarat for an astounding 13 years and then as Prime Minister of India for a decade. Even Mr Modi’s worst critics will admit that his experience in politics and governance is enormous.

Contrast is stark.

With zero administrative experience under their belt, the Gandhi’s still want people to pick them over Modi - but why?

Ironically, the Siblings keep bringing up their ancestors who actually held executive office - to justify their own desire to hold office in today’s India. But experience cannot be inherited - you have to put in the time and earn it.

Friends I spoke to, across fields, all agree that the Gandhi siblings give off a pungent odour of entitlement. “They belong to a feudal age”, said a friend who runs a startup in the food space.

So again - thank you Rajdeep @sardesairajdeep, for making it so clear for the rest of us that the Gandhi’s represent an idea of India that will never again be acceptable to the rest of us - I disagree vehemently with anyone who says you didn’t deserve your Padma Shri award - even @amitmalviya - no, you have earned it!
