I repeat this almost every third day. This is what Indian media should do. Focus on municipal issues, as no CM or Central government will get mad at them. The only way Indian cities will become liveable is if we go after municipal corporations. And I repeat: delink municipalities from political parties. Breed individualism there. Demand elected mayors. Decentralise power.
