I have a problem with those that allow themselves to be influenced easily like that, but also the "influencers" that take advantage of that.

@AsheSlayEm Yeah it’s hard, but it’s important. I was going nonstop when I was in the military, it took a toll mentally and physically. Once I slowed things down and took breaks, I found myself happier and healthier.
