Defense is bad, we know. So the question is: Do we make a move to get someone to help the defense, or do we just go after another receiver to ensure we can throw up 40 game in and game out?
@bakebm46@jayflow72@Joey_Cats Sure, it’s top down, but you cannot fumble the ball on a drive before the half ends. You also cannot give the ball away in their zone to give them another scoring chance before the half. Those are two turnovers that cannot happen. Four turnovers does not win games.
@blakeofspades11@ProFootballTalk It’s not fast to begin with. Handful of seconds a play and then a lot of standing around. We already get a tv timeout while they debate anyway.
@adampelletier@HOFSteveTasker Fine. But it’s still a chance when you pick one guy over the others, e.g., Allen.
Yet, a five-man secondary needs more depth (better), and a defensive head coach should be on top of that—it is his system.
@adampelletier@HOFSteveTasker Let’s talk on this for once. Money problems, et al. departure, “rebuild”, and made it to the second last game?
Or pattern? Same opponent with repeatedly “close” losses when it’s do or die.
@dorianpolk_ Didn’t have consistent execution on offense. Fingers can be pointed everywhere, but if you execute, a lot of the “closeness” is irrelevant.
I love the Bills. I don’t give a flying fuck. Draught and despair—nah, this all fucking day.
Remember what everyone said in the offseason? Yet the Bills got here. Great organization. Amazing year. I can’t wait for the next!
It’s happening. I believe in Josh Allen.
