MILESTONE TRACKER: It feels like just yesterday that A’ja Wilson recorded her 5,000th career point, and now she’s already on the verge of reaching 6,000.
The four-time MVP is just 58 points away from the milestone and, at her current scoring pace, is projected to reach it within the next three games. When she does, she is expected to surpass Diana Taurasi as the fastest player in WNBA history to score 6,000 career points.
Wilson is also closing in on another historic milestone this season. She is on pace to become just the sixth player in WNBA history to record 600 career blocks, a feat she is projected to accomplish within the next 20–24 games. 🪄
A new genre, new records and a new milestone. @Beyonce became the fifth musician to reach billionaire status after a year that included Grammy wins for Cowboy Carter and the highest-grossing concert tour of 2025. https://t.co/npegh7oECw

Happy Black Music Month!
If we don’t SUPPORT our own, who will?
The Black Coaches Association proudly congratulates both NBA Finals head coaches, Mike Brown and Mitch Johnson.
History will be made as two Black head coaches meet on basketball’s biggest stage in the 2026 NBA Finals.
This opportunity has only happened a handful of times in NBA history, making this moment even more significant for the game and for the next generation of coaches who aspire to lead at the highest level.
No matter the outcome, one thing is certain:
A Black head coach will be crowned NBA Champion.
We celebrate the leadership, resilience, preparation, and excellence that both coaches have displayed throughout their journeys.
Good luck to Coach Brown and Coach Johnson.
They WIN. WE WIN. ✊🏾🏆
