Had another dream, very weird movie. It was claymation and it reminded me of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. A relative of mine was in it and it was a mixture of a factory setting leading to a cave scene. I cant remember much of the factory, there was a lot of running around, but the cave scene was very vivid.
The relative went into a cave to recover his brother from a lost tribe (note: he has no siblings). His brother sat at the top of a central dirt mound in the cave, almost meditating almost asleep. The brother was the shape of an egg with short limbs and a tuft of brown hair. Brother realized relative was trying to roll him out of the cave, down the mound, and began to protest. Brother told relative that they made the brother king of the people there. The relative was confused until he realized they were being chased by blue children with red hair. It reminded me of the Caledonians.
When i reflect on this though, its interesting to compare and contrast this with AI. Reasons AI is not concious is because: it cannot construct unprompted, it cannot originate ideas, it cannot synthesize unique context to existing ideas, it cannot increase the scope of its training without direct intervention.
The reason i bring this point up, is because what of my dream? Not to solve a problem, not to validate fact or material truths. Its more like an abstract sliding puzzle when i take a step back to appraise it. Each piece of that dream came from something relevant from this week. How do i know?
This week i watched a video on victorian meals, and saw a brief clip of one of the oompa loompas reprising his role by singing the song. I saw an illustration of the caledonians during a video talking about the welsh, picts, and scots. I tried to get in touch with family and because its summer it took a while to hear back from them. My friends like to play Ark: Raiders where i imagine is that delapitated factory came to mind.
Does the mind take in visual, audio, emotional or sentimental, etc. qualia as prompts, and while the cells rest and digest (i couldve put an em-dash here because this is where youd actually see one, but i spared you and put in a paranthetical,) replay these things in a novel or random configuration? Is this act of shuffling recent stimulli the way for the brain cells to not atrophy, sort to speak, or diminish in their capacity.
Very curious.
@InsiderSeducao Young men grow strong.

Sick men die.
Young men grow strong.
Strong men die.
Young men grow old.
Old men die.
Young men die.
All men die.
So very few choose to live,
Less appreciate the lives they lived;
Will you?
When will you?

How many incumbent house representatives in the history of the US have went from losing their primary for their district based on a national platform, turning it around to not onl win a presidential primary but also the election?
