@optionscjp Imo, most have become numb to moves of ~10% north or south. We haven’t seen a circuit breaker in a long time. If you don’t assume it will happen again then you’re going to make a bad decision in the future. It’s an obvious psychological consequence of investing.
I would let him keep the card and refund the money in full. Add him to your blocked buyers list and keep it moving. A very low percentage of buyers will do this to you. If you wish to maintain 100% seller feedback over the long haul, far more valuable than $14 or the card, then this is the best way to do it imo. Long term 100% feedback sellers often sell product at a premium while getting preferred advertising.
