I am devastated by today’s horrific shootings in Tumbler Ridge, B.C. My prayers and deepest condolences are with the families and friends who have lost loved ones to these horrific acts of violence.
I join Canadians in grieving with those whose lives have been changed irreversibly today, and in gratitude for the courage and selflessness of the first responders who risked their lives to protect their fellow citizens.
Our ability to come together in crisis is the best of our country — our empathy, our unity, and our compassion for each other.
I have connected with Premier Eby to express my condolences, and with the Minister of Public Safety, Gary Anandasangaree, who is coordinating the federal response.
Our officials are in close contact with their counterparts to ensure the community is fully supported as best we can. The Government of Canada stands with all British Columbians as they confront this horrible tragedy.

I hinted that there's another naval game being developed by a SMALL indie dev. Today they finally released a dev diary to show you what they've been up to: https://t.co/Bq1K4WoOLl I think this is the most realistic damage model I've ever seen in a naval game
@denials@koodo I finally got a callback from them. Mine seems to be something on their end, so they're getting their engineers to look at the problem. Bleh first experience with Koodo. At least the support guy (Mike) who called was great. So +1 there.
@denials@koodo Having the exact same problem @denials and it's November now. Can't reach Koodo support whatsoever. Day 1 with their service and I'm already disappointed af
Protip: If you ever do a naval architecture program and you have to do a project vessel, pick something simple and easy (bulk carrier, container ship or something). Cruise ships are murder🤣 (context: classmates look up info for 2-3 ports and they good. I look up 120+ T_T)
