@kcusoundman Are you clicking on the "My Help Desk" section? We've just tested this and it's working okay over here. Can you try deleting cookies for *.icontrolwp.com . Perhaps there's something there throwing a spanner in the works. You can always drop an email to our support email address..

@askwpgirl @curtismchale Thanks, Angela. There's no setting to restrict access to login by IP address. It's entirely possible to do, however, and until now not something we've considered. The most difficult part would be the UX and per-user management of their IP addresses. We'll have a think on it...
