@DrJessTaylor It's just a day. It's not a big deal unless you make it one. It's just a festival to celebrate the end of the darkness and a return of the light and Spring.

Once that was clear I was much more able to enjoy it for what it is .. time with loved ones.

@Morrisons today, massive roll cages on the shop floor. 5 blocking all the frozen food, couldn't open the doors. Staff & managers don't care. Can't get the trolley up the aisles. Shame as I love Morrisons

@CCCBuryStEd I even got to the point of collecting the means. Quite by chance listened to a radio programmr on depression and it changed everything. Now I work professionally in mental health. And moved away with women's aid support with the children. Coercive control kills.

@JamieKinlochan Was on benefits as a carer for years. Every other year @DWP would backdate an overpayment that I had to repay. Every single penny was made from fixed amounts of benefits which they had full control off. Impossible to overpay me. Last "overpayment" was £6000. Almost a years money
