@cathyrusson @TympanickLaw Wow. I'm so disappointed in the verdict. This is definitely not justice, and she is not going to get a lighter sentence with this judge. I definitely feel like this isn't how the justice system should work. Sadly, it's a case of the company one keeps.

@cathyrusson @TympanickLaw I feel like they may be determining if intention was proven for principle, and that they likely didn't find it with 1st, and need to know if the same rules apply. If that's the case, and intention wasn't proven, then it's likely not proven for all since it applies.

@cathyrusson Agreed. That is a very good sign for her. I don't think the prosecution proved that. This charging and prosecution is really a ridiculous one and a waste of the appropriate usage, and likely intentions, of the law.
