नोएडा सेक्टर 135 में पूरी रात सजता अवैध बाजार पुलिस प्रशासन की फैलाई हुई अव्यवस्थता को दर्शाता है,नोएडा प्राधिकरण की नाक के नीचे रिश्वत और उगाई का इतना बड़ा खेला हो रहा है जिसकी कल्पना कभी किसी ने नहीं की होगी,केंडोर टेक्सपेस सेक्टर 135 के सामने लगा ये बाजार साफ़-साफ़ दिखा रहा है कि प्रदेश की कानून व्यवस्था की क्या स्थिति है,एक ओर नोएडा प्राधिकरण शहर को पाक साफ़ रखने में निरंतर प्रयास करता है वहीं दूसरी ओर प्राधिकरण की नाक के नीचे लाखों रुपयों की वसूली के साथ आम जनता के जान माल की सुरक्षा भी दाव पर लगी है,कमिश्नर लक्ष्मी सिंह ने कभी इस तरह की घटना के बारे में नहीं सोचा होगा,समय पर सभी लोगों को उनका हिस्सा मिलने के कारण गेट नंबर तीन की विपरीत दिशा में बना वेंडिंग ज़ोन घाटे का सौदा मालूम होता है,रक्षक के भेष में भक्षक बने इन लोगों से शहर को बचाने की ज़िम्मेदारी आख़िर किसी को तो लेनी होगी,भीड़ से नशा कारोबारी भी इस इलाक़े में पूरी रात सक्रिय रहते हैं,यदि शहर को किसी बड़ी घटना से बचाना है तो इस पर उचित कार्रवाई करनी ही होगी।

नोएडा की सड़कों में होंगे अब गड्ढे ही गड्ढे

नोएडा (वर्तमान अंकुर)। अब विकसित नोएडा की सड़के किसी भी पिछड़े हुए कस्बे से काम नहीं होगी, क्योंकि नोएडा की सड़क अब जल्दी रिपेयर नहीं होने वाली है और ना ही जल्दी से सड़कों का निर्माण होगा। प्राधिकरण के पास बजट भी है टेंडर भी हो चुके हैं मगर ठेकेदार सड़क निर्माण एवं मरम्मत करने को तैयार नहीं है। सड़क निर्माण एवं मरम्मत में के प्रयोग में आने वाले सभी कच्चा माल मुख्य रूप से पेट्रोलियम से बनने वाला बिटामिन की कीमतें तीन गुना बढ़ चुकी है। अधिकारी दारू को बढ़ाने की कोशिश में है मगर शासन की अनुमति बगैर बधाई नहीं जा सकते हैं।
पूर्व में रहे मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी डॉ. लोकेश एम द्वारा बीते वर्ष बरसात के बाद नोएडा में होने वाले अनुरक्षण कार्यों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था। इसी कारण नोएडा में सड़कों का अनुरक्षण नहीं हो पाया और नए प्रोजेक्ट तो बीते लगभग 2 वर्ष से कोई भी स्वीकृत ही नहीं किया गया तो ऐसे हालात में नोएडा की सड़कों की क्या होगी इसका अंदाजा स्वाति लगाया जा सकता है। पूर्व में रहे मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी ने नोएडा के अनुरक्षण कार्यों पर प्रतिबंध लगाकर नोएडा के विकास को लगभग 5 वर्ष पीछे धकेल दिया है। डॉ. लोकेश एम के ट्रांसफर होने के बाद नियुक्त मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी कृष्ण करुणेश ने अनुरक्षण के सभी कार्यों को स्वीकृति देते हुए आगे बढ़ाया मगर दुर्भाग्य यह रहा की युद्ध होने के कारण आज रिफाइंड्री के पास बिटवीन ही नहीं है किसी भी कीमत पर। ऐसी हालत में नोएडा की सड़कों अनुरक्षण कार्य किया जाना कैसे संभव होगा और अगर सड़कों का अनुरक्षण नहीं किया जाता है और नई सड़कों का निर्माण नहीं होता है तो आज के हालात ऐसे हैं की संभव है किसी भी पिछड़े हुए कस्बे की सड़क अच्छी होगी नोएडा के मुकाबले में। अगर उत्तर प्रदेश की शौ विंडो नोएडा औद्योगिक सेक्टर में अगर विकास रुक जाता है तो नए उद्योगों की स्थापना क्या संभव हो पाएगी। यह बहुत ही सोचनीय विषय है इस पर नोएडा निवासियों को और प्रदेश की सरकार को गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए।
