The aim assist tracking this speed hacker is utterly absurd lol. I wonder how many people think they're good just because they play with legalized cheats. Even worse, people are freaking out at the speed hacker rather than the aim assist. FPS players are totally lost lol
since aim assist is being brought up again i thought i’d add a take that i haven’t seen mentioned much in regards to competitive:
controller esports are so boring to watch in comparison to if everyone was the same skill but on mouse and keyboard. i’d much rather a game i’m watching be 100% raw input vs everyone being assisted.
99% of controller players look identical at the top level, meanwhile MNK players are way more unique in their play styles/aim styles.
not to mention controller gameplay is so slow and linear (if that’s the word). MNK has so much more variance
Keep in mind that the details may change before release.
@FACEIT is adding an opt-in feature for players to verify an ID on their accounts and match them against each other. They use a vendor called @DaonInc to verify the IDs.
Got some reactions from some cheaters that use a DMA device on @FACEIT
Whats your thoughts on this?
Is this a good or bad idea?
Would you like to see this opt-in feature for other games?
