The delivery executive is not answering my calls leaving me with no way to obtain an update on the shipment status. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

@delhivery @help_delhivery Your service has become a textbook example of how not to handle customers. Repeated “Out for Delivery” notifications since Friday, followed by daily delay excuses. Customer support is unreachable and utterly useless.

@AirIndiaX Air India Express service was extremely disappointing. Even after paying for extra baggage weight during web check-in, I was asked at the baggage drop counter to fit all the additional weight into a single trolley bag, which is completely impractical.

Later, I was charged again for additional baggage pieces Such unclear and unreasonable baggage policies cause unnecessary inconvenience to passengers. The government should also look into such unfair policies.

I ordered a few items from amazon one of which I got for a very good deal on. Order was paid in full with ICICI CC.

One item was delivered today at 12:42PM, others were to be delivered tomorrow by 10PM. Suddenly the good-deal item was showing Payment Failure after being shipped.
