Yes you can
Leaders do not wait for change. Leaders create change.
To do this, you have to value yourself, you matter, you have intrinsic value. You do not need to give people permission to devalue you
Future leaders of the world are in this room.
~John Griffin, Lead Speaker

GRADUATION RECAP 1/5
MESSAGE FROM THE STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE GRADUATION CLASS COHORT 1 ;KASHIF GEORGE.
George, speaking on behalf of the iLEAD Class of 2026, opened with gratitude and a commitment:
He thanked iLEAD for the opportunity to learn, and the Emerging Leaders Program for creating partnerships that actually work — partnerships that opened doors for growth.
But he didn’t stop at “thank you.” He shared what the journey taught them:
1. Resilience— how to stand when it’s easier to sit.
2. Choices— how decisions, not conditions, shape a leader.
3. Priorities— how to tell the difference between urgent and important.
His pledge to the class was clear: We won’t hoard what we learned.
They’re committed to take these lessons beyond this room — to teach, to share, to reach those who didn’t get a chance to be part of this cohort.
Class of 2026: The assignment now is multiplication.
What you learned here, preach it. Live it. Pass it on.

“Every #choice that we make today shapes the destiny of tomorrow, shapes what we become…”
we cannot just expect that our destiny is shaped for us. Because every little choice we make everyday determines what we will be in #future.
