This started as a mental health project. You know the story by now if you've followed along, the late nights, the feeling of carrying everyone else's weight until there was nothing left of you.
What I didn't expect was how it would feel to finish it.
The Surgeon is the eighth and last piece, and making her felt different from the others.
She's the one who fixes the whole Squad and never gets fixed herself, and somewhere in building her I realised I'd been making this entire collection as a way of putting the weight down, one piece at a time.
It's done now. Eight characters. The whole thing complete. The drop is live now on the shop.
Thanks for being here for it. 🏴

The final remaster.
The Heavy Duty series closes on the Surgeon. The one who put the whole Squad back together, finally on the table herself.
Eight Squad members. The series is complete.

You can now control your physical iPhone from your Mac.
This is Device Hub, new in Xcode 27.
They also added a new resizable window view, which tells me one thing: Apple is getting ready for a foldable iPhone 💀
The biggest issue with AI clothing campaigns has always been fabric drift. A model shifts angles, and suddenly a premium 255GSM heavyweight texture morphs into cheap, shiny polyester.
This architecture inside Agent One completely eliminates the drift. Here is the exact operational framework we used to lock it down: 👇
Battery life on macOS 27 is FANTASTIC!
Both iOS and macOS 27 have really good battery life, even though they’re still developer betas.
Apple finally focused on fixing bugs and making their software better this year. 🔥
The next generation of Apple Intelligence powers an entirely new Siri: making the apps and experiences you rely on across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro more personal and helpful than ever.
Huge milestone today, officially joining the @invideoOfficial Creative Partner Program. 🎬
I’m spending the next 3 months diving deep into their enterprise generative engine to stress-test their workflows on real-world production pipelines.
The immediate target? Tackling the absolute biggest bottleneck in AI fashion and product marketing: achieving 100% accurate fabric and graphic consistency across dynamic camera setups without textures warping into digital mush.
The upgraded stack I’m playing with is lethal:
• Invideo Agent One (Custom pipeline automation)
• Veo 3.1 & Kling 3 (Advanced cinema models)
• Seedance 2.0 (High-fidelity video synthesis)
I'll be building out some ambitious commercial concepts for my label and dropping complete, transparent process breakdowns right here on the timeline showing how to optimize camera lenses, styles, and consistency loops.
Massive shoutout to Darsh and the founding team for opening up the vault and backing independent creators. Time to push the pipeline to the absolute limit. 🚀
Ok this is a banger. Cinema Studio 3.5 x Seedance 2.0.
Higgsfield you got a serious tool here.
Teaser for the penultimate remaster.
Drops tomorrow 11am
This one is different from all the others. Every Squad member before him carries something that was given to them without asking.
The Soldier, The Ghost, The Concrete, The Idol, The Carrier, The Novelty. All of them weighted by something that arrived uninvited.
The Heart of Gold went looking for his. That's the distinction that makes him the most quietly courageous of all of them. He's in his 40s. He's getting old. He's still in the tunnel. I understand him more than I probably should.
Live now at https://t.co/N7LBQGd5oB
I've been a miner for a heart of gold. And I'm getting old.
