@XboxAustralia spoke to manager Gino id 4283 who was arrogant and could not answer my questions. He told me he was the highest person in 2/3

@XboxAustralia called up customer service about xbox charging my expired credit card, was lied to about the matter getting escalated 1/3

@XboxAustralia terrible service. Get told my case is getting escalated, 8 business days later i call back and they haven't escalated it!!!!!
