Hey everyone, wanted to bring light to a recent issue with Epic Support. My partner got charged TWICE for crew on the same day when i witnessed her cancel crew in game. She spoke to support and they were incredibly unhelpful and refused to refund even after being shown proof- 1/2

I know the community online is not the majority of the Fortnite playerbase, but we absolutely need to start voting with our wallets and our retention to get the point across that we are not enjoying the things the higher ups at Epic Games are doing to Fortnite.

I absolutely urge people to play other games if you are unsatisfied with the current way things are going with Fortnite. Ever since they laid off over 800 employees in 2023, the higher ups decisions have been doing nothing but harming the game. Here's two things that I'm playing:
