100% approve of this.
You can draw a straight line behind the exceptionality of Asian students to how they're not forced to learn basic concepts in languages that's not their mothertongue.
When they get to English class, let them learn English.
It's the people who put a live crab in alcohol that are wicked. The crab is actually stressed and in pain.
Usually when they're in water, they cut their limb when they're stressed or when the limb is hurting. They will grow it back when they're molting. But here in alcohol, what the crab is like a person hitting their hands and head against the wall because they're in immense pain. It's really sad.
Where I was buying fuel just now, I paid 26k instead of 25k… Intentionally.
While counting the money, I told the person beside me I was adding 1k to tip the attendant- a guy.
So, I gave the cash.
26k.
He counted the first time.
Then recounted the second time, because I believed he saw an excess.
The person with me already detected that too.
But he kept calm.
So I asked:
“Is it complete?”
And he said yes.
As I engaged my gear, I told him to count again that it was 26k.
He counted it, saw the 1k excess, and said Oh.
“Please bring the 1k; I added it intentionally to tip you, but you are not faithful.”
And honestly, this is becoming a big issue.
I have seen this in my own personal businesses as well...
Where someone would mistakenly send money into our account, and the staff would deduct that money from sales, thinking the person wouldn’t show up after that day.
It is Well.
But you are doing more harm to yourself than the immediate benefit of not being faithful.
It is sad.
I remember when I was newly called to bar 🤣 my neighbor, Ado had issues with someone and was taken to a nearby station. As a newly minted D lawwww I was called and I ran to the station, spoke to the men and they no wahala he will get bail then they said I should see DP0. Met DPO thanked him and I was leaving.
