@S_Phola__ "South African men and Women are not compatible": It's always amusing when 'educated' people make sweeping statements based solely on personal experience—as if our lives are templates for universal truth. Echo chambers can be cozy...
@VusiThembekwayo Yep, also believe in pre-earth life. Our lives dont begin at birth, nor, will they end at death. The spirit (the real you, in this mortal journey) is eternal. All things denote that we lived somewhere before coming here. All things are created twice.
@LoratoTshenkeng@XhantiPayi Very progressive. 2017 or so - Zambia legislated that women can take at least one day a month (Mother’s Day). The law does not spell out the reason for this leave, but there is consensus on what it’s for, since it applies to all women, regardless of whether they have children.
I absolutely love the new #SSPhaka Promo. We’re three episodes into a year that culminates in a @Springboks Rugby World Cup title defence and I can’t wait for what’s still to come on the program. Tuesdays at 19:00 on @SuperSportTV
For many years, Lower Tsojana villagers in Tsomo complained fruitlessly to the government about the condition of their bridge, but it took businessman Bonke Makalala only six days and 25 people to fix it. https://t.co/Na4sBLSjFp
I’m avoiding doomsday prophets and healers who are predicting widespread violence without advising people what to do to help ourselves. The current crisis we are in is mentally & emotionally debilitating for everyone. Sowing more fear over events we cannot control makes it worse.
