@LoratoTshenkeng @XhantiPayi Very progressive. 2017 or so - Zambia legislated that women can take at least one day a month (Mother’s Day). The law does not spell out the reason for this leave, but there is consensus on what it’s for, since it applies to all women, regardless of whether they have children.
