@benign__soul@BJP4India@AmitShah No bro, I neither meant that nor implied it in anyway. I'm open to correction if I'm wrong, because as I said earlier it's about nation, politics aside.
816 is policy decision just to help the southern states with not penalizing it for development.
@benign__soul@BJP4India@AmitShah Yeah bro. Not more than 815 for states, which in itself says States can't be 816. So 816 is including UT's.
So when you are making amendments you propose max cap, not exact number. 13-> 35 for UT's?
So policy currently is for 816(including UT's) max cap is 850.
Got it?
@benign__soul@BJP4India@AmitShah Sorry didnot get where is it mentioned only states are considered? ( I assume you are saying 816 seats is minus UT share)
@benign__soul@BJP4India@AmitShah It's matter of India and its important. So keep politics side and discuss. Don't just jump to criticise.
In the picture it's mentioned, seats increased to 816 not 850
This is a story told with heart, with mud on its feet and fire in its eyes. Karavali is @gurudath_ganiga labour of love directed and produced with heart, sweat, and soul. All your hard work will pay off.

Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana (EAK) had a short and sweet run in theatres and I’m truly grateful for the love it received. Now, it’s streaming on Amazon Prime Video
If you missed watching it in theatres, here’s your chance to experience it with your family, right from your fingertips.
More than just a thriller, EAK is a heartfelt take on identity, left-handedness, and the chaos of being different in a world built for the “right.”
The response has been overwhelming. If it made you smile, made you think, or made you feel seen, I’d love for you to share it with your friends and family.
One last time , Edagaiye Apaghatakke Karana – Now Streaming on Amazon Prime Video
Thank you 🤗

As #EAK ends its theatrical run, I find myself reflecting on the journey.12 years of chasing the craft… 4 years of pouring heart and soul into EAK. And if there was ever one selfish dream I held onto, it was to see my name on the big screen.
Filmmaking is wild. It’s unpredictable, selfless, often thankless. But sometimes, all it takes is that one cheer from the crowd… and suddenly, every sleepless night, every setback, every silent doubt feels worth it.
I’ve stumbled. I’ve learnt. I’ve grown with EAK, through EAK.
To everyone who stepped into a theatre and gave this film a chance, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. To those who missed it, EAK now begins its second innings on OTT soon . I hope it reaches you when you need it most.
And to all the beautiful strangers here on X,, we’ve never met, but we shared something sacred: cinema. For the love of it, I promise, I’ll return.Wiser. Stronger. Better.
And one day, I HOPE to fill those theatres again.
Thank you once again to my passionate team #EAK Lots of love to @diganthmanchale@KeelambiRajesh@ravichandra_aj @gurudatganiga for fighting Till the Last LEFT show.
Chalo, let’s move on to the NEXT .
Cheers ❤️

Something personal , something about EAK
Writing #EAK as a first-time writer, director, and producer, that too in the genre of dark comedy has been one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. It’s a tough genre to pull off. On paper, it might seem bizarre or even unbelievable, but that’s exactly what made us want to make it because films are ultimately fiction. If logic pulls you out, the film fails. But if emotion pulls you in, the story wins. And going by most reactions, people are connecting more to the emotion than the logic and maybe that’s what matters most.
Every filmmaker spends years honing their craft with one simple hope to entertain. I’m mature enough to know EAK isn’t a perfect film. It may not be for everyone. But the effort we’ve put in shouldn’t be dismissed.
Some called this one-of-its-kind. Some said it’s a well-executed entertainer. Others felt it was just an average film. And that’s fair. But don’t discard the film until you experience it. Consider this ,the film was started 4 years ago. Post-COVID, nobody wanted to back an experimental idea. But we still went ahead and tried to do something unique. If you end up hating it, you have every right to ask for a refund and I’ll stand by that. All I ask is: give it one shot. Don’t compare it with other films. Watch it for what it is an honest attempt.
This film has taught me more than any workshop or book ever could. I’ve made mistakes, and I’ve learned. I promise to apply those lessons in the next one. Most reviewers called me a filmmaker with a bold, distinct voice ,someone who executed his vision clearly, someone compared to my idol filmmaker.
Most of them said, “Diganth is back.” So did the audience.Over the past few months, we’ve done everything we could to take this film to the people. Our hero went out onto the streets to deliver the message ,directly and wholeheartedly.
We’ve done zero paid promotions , no paid reviews on BookMyShow, no boosted trailers. We believed in organic reach and wanted the film to speak for itself. While we welcome every criticism that comes our way, we also promise to correct what needs fixing.
Go in with no expectations. I believe you’ll walk out with a smile.I’m not writing this to ask for another chance. I’m writing this because when a director fails to find a producer, he ends up producing the film himself. And if it doesn’t work, he may never dare to tell his stories again.
That includes me.
Sorry ,I had to share this because we have few shows left this weekend. Please accept #EAK as yours 🥹 because I have lot damn stories to tell.
Me: Gives intense monologue with full emotion.
Director & Editor: Ctrl + X 🥲✂️
This one’s from the #EAK archives – a monologue that didn’t see the big screen, but still packs a punch. What say? 😉
