Infact it shows now that resolution status automatically canceled is this the service u provide ??

Just one thing need to ask to @JioCare why it happens only with jio that in 10-15 days there is any service fault from your side???
This is my service request id - SRO0002I5R3M and my jio fiber is not working since morning. Pls resolve ASAP and update the timing

Just useless app developed since there is no one to hear and contact person for customer grievance. Atleast 4-5 times I face this issue a year. Even after paying bill at once for entire year. Pls look after the service request no. SR00002HR6CK ASAP

@JioCare Dude there is no sweety and not acceptable at all. My jio fiber is not working for 24hr fix it today itself at any cost. Will not wait for tomorrow or else will shift to @airtelindia and mark my words for such a dead service. At least I must have get a call with reason for delay.
