Update: @Razorpay is indeed pulling a scam. They’ll hold the funds. Harass the merchant. Neither will fully refund nor settle. Only keep delaying while holding funds. We’ll be escalating this with RBI BO. It appears it’s a pattern they’ve been following for a dozen others.

We have no reasons to refund ourselves. If they can’t process the payment or come to a conclusion only then we’d want them to obviously process refund to avoid further delays. I smell fraud.
