@chennaicorp @GMSRailway Dear GCC, After a month of the complaint. This place is still in same situation.

1st spot: Simple pvc pipe fixing to be done, but for yrs this subway is flooding.

2nd Spot: simply gravel filling will fix the issue temporarily, but nothing done.

@chennaicorp @GMSRailway Water pipe under the Velacherry subway has been leaking heavily for yrs, flooding the subway daily and making it difficult and unsafe for commuters. Could you please take immediate action to fix the leak and prevent further inconvenience to the public?

Pic3-6: Subway, where you can clearly see how people are driving in a feet of water. Pipe which leaks for yr.

I think its better to file complaint with National consumer helpline and seek compensation for your irresponsible behavior and share all audio recordings with them. You people with no shame should be exposed for letting your customer suffer like this.

@ACTFibernet On sep 14th my connection was disconnected - SR10377116536167 due to non availability of distribution box in near by location and I had 3943Rs balance, I had requested to refund it to my bank account- SR10377165487655. But it was never credited until now.

Now by Oct 15th, If I dont pay the new due amount, my connection will be suspended as per your customer care and there will be a penalty of 150rs again.

I have escalated to your Nodal officer and your appellate team as well, but they not even sent an acknowledgement email.
