@TalkTalk Loosing service for an hour in the middle of my working day and shutting down online chat, not proactively informing us and having diagnostics on your website that tell us our connections are ok when they are dead...understand how I feel about TalkTalk at this time...
@TalkTalk no internet service Manchester M20, no updates on your site, diagnostic says OK when it clearly is not OK...and you expect me to do what exactly....
