@SmallDan5 @StatsOnDuty 5.45 is generally inferior since you get worse TTK, ammo efficiency, and recoil (due to the faster fire rate) than the base gun.
5.45 is also entirely outclassed by guns like the AMAX. So I would only recommend the 5.45 mag if you can't handle the slow fire rate.
