Testosterone is literally a steroid. Estrogen is nowhere near as strong as test is in terms of ability to change appearance.

But by and large, if you take 1000 FTM and 1000 MTF, the passing rate between the two will be drastically in favor of FTM. MTF very often does NOT pass

@skeletoes @Dddg53973400 Honestly not really. Nobody cares about FTM. You can look like a girly boy. Tons of low T dudes look like girly boys. FTM is way more passable. Once you’ve gone through male puberty though, MTF almost always looks like a Frankenstein creation.
