Best to have your own blog , and then repurpose that content on various channels I’d say. Medium has a huge audience so why not leverage them.

@GergelyOrosz I’ve used this same logic against companies to actually not do any on call , because it wasn’t in the JD. And I straight up told them I’m happy to walk if it’s even a question since I work late most days anyways.
So far so good … but its not easy to do if you have family.
