The Lakers have shown interest in Tyler Herro AND Kel’el Ware, per @MikeAScotto
“Before Herro joined Milwaukee in the Antetokounmpo trade and the Los Angeles Lakers agreed to a four-year, $185 million max deal with Austin Reaves, the Lakers had trade discussions surrounding Herro and Kel’el Ware, which would’ve involved multiple first-round draft picks, league sources told HoopsHype.”

Detroit’s All-NBA forward Jalen Duren was reportedly “underwhelmed” by the team’s initial offer in restricted free agency and is planning to explore sign-and-trade scenarios, per @sam_amick.
The gap between the two sides is significant enough that Duren is considering ways to land with another team, with a sign-and-trade seen as the preferred route.
Restricted free agent Mohamed Diawara intends to sign a multiyear, $10-plus million deal to return to the New York Knicks, sources tell ESPN. Diawara -- the No. 51 pick in last year's NBA draft -- was part of the champion Knicks after spending the season on a standard contract.
Sources: The Golden State Warriors will host former Gonzaga F/C Graham Ike for a pre-draft workout tomorrow, Saturday, June 20.
Ike, who measured 6-foot-9¾ barefoot with a 7-foot-5 wingspan and 9-foot-2 standing reach, has impressed throughout the pre-draft process.
The Warriors are discussing the idea of trading down from #11 or adding another pick, with the intention of targeting Bennett Stirtz, sources told @BrettSiegelNBA:
"A couple of weeks ago, the Warriors made a call to the Charlotte Hornets to inquire about whether there was a deal to be had where they could acquire both their 14th and 18th picks. The Hornets showed no interest in trading both picks, with sources indicating that they're very comfortable maintaining their position in the draft. That has not stopped Golden State from searching for more trade possibilities. The Warriors are said to be open to moving down in this year's draft for the right price, and the idea of adding another pick in the late teens in addition to this 11th pick is not out of the realm of possibilities... But overall, why would the Warriors also be exploring ways to add another pick? Well, they have interest in a few other guys outside of those mentioned at the top, specifically Karim Lopez, Cameron Carr, and especially Bennett Stirtz. On Thursday, Stirtz was a last-minute, late addition to the Warriors' already lengthy list of draft prospects working out, and there has been a lot of talk about him being the Warriors' true dark-horse candidate in this draft."

Turns out Stirtz DID workout for the Warriors today. The list tweeted out was wrong, but he was part of a workout that also had Burries, Philon and Steinbach
Stirtz isn't speaking today. Steinbach has and Burries and Philon still are expected to
“My childhood, definitely had a lot of Curry jerseys.”
Alabama guard Labaron Philon Jr. on who he idolized growing up, his potential fit with the Warriors.
“Just a trustworthy guard that can, play inside the system, get guys open, share the ball, get paint touches.“
A couple of you asked me who's an under the radar Raider I'm intrigued by heading into training camp.
My answer was undrafted pass rusher Cian Slone.

Some Brayden Burries nuggets from his media session.
- He seems to really value having a vet or two to learn from. That's how he'd define a good fit for him
- He has a relationship with Draymond; they chopped it up today
- Playing with Steph Curry would be an "honor"
Brayden Burries on his workout with the Warriors, what he wanted to show them and his potential fit if they draft him:
“I feel like as soon as I get here, I'll be able to show that impact winning outside of just scoring, you know, defending, rebounding, playmaking.”
