Once again, I feel bad for the studio for what they had to face and the disappointment they were in after such internal enthusiasm🚀

That said, this article is proof that the video game industry vs. the gaming community, operate on completely different mindsets.

The fact that some industry people told this studio that this game can never flop, while every player who saw this thought it was dead on arrival is proof of great derangement between the studios/publishers, gaming media and award shows on side vs. player bases on the other side.

Gaming isn’t let down because of the economy or COVID, but because the creative and journalistic side of gaming is creating, praising and awarding completely based on different metrics and standards than what players deem great, fun and worth their time/money.

If yo wanna fix the industry, bridge that gap, and not by blaming plauers and content creators, but by understanding what your primary customer base values🎤
