Order no. NM3605. I placed it on 14 Jul & paid the amount.They promise to deliver in 10-15 days. I have still not received the product. After speaking to customer care, I always get the response of delayed delivery by 2-3 days.

What is wrong with Train no. #01921 ?
Scheduled arrival in Bhopal was 4.40 AM. We r still inside the train and it is yet to reach Bhopal. It is 10.35 AM now. Checked history - it never reached on time since last one year!
