@UberEats what’s the point of having “Uber One” when all you do is move around a charge from one fee to another?
My partner (non-member) was charged a delivery fee but no “long range fee” while I was charged a “long range fee” for the same delivery address??!!
1/n Never felt more like an NRI than when I went off on a @TMobile rep and told them that I come from a third-world country, and even we have better telecom operations and processes than them after being on a call for over 4.5 hours, trying to change my plan and port my number.
3/n Don't understand why switching from prepaid to postpaid required a number change, then having me request to keep the same number. Why be on hold? Can't this be done on the back end?
