कोटा समेत प्रदेश के कई इलाकों में गरीब तबके की करोड़ों महिलाएं सेनेटरी नैपकिन भी अफोर्ड नहीं कर पाती हैं। ऐसी स्थितियां पैदा न हो इसके लिए सरकार के स्तर पर बेहतर कॉर्डिनेशन होना चाहिए।

राजस्थान की महिलाओं के मेंस्ट्रुअल हाइजीन, बेहतर स्वास्थ्य तथा विभिन्न रोगों से उनका बचाव करने के उद्देश्य से हमारी सरकार ने उड़ान योजना शुरू की थी जिसके अंतर्गत महिलाओं तथा किशोरियों को निःशुल्क सेनेटरी नैपकिन वितरित किए गए थे।

बेहद दुख का विषय है कि अनगिनत महिलाओं के लिए लाभदायक साबित हो रही इस योजना को भी वर्तमान भाजपा सरकार ने बंद कर दिया है। भाजपा सरकार न तो महिलाओं को सुरक्षित वातावरण दे पा रही है और न ही उनके स्वास्थ्य को लेकर गंभीर है। क्या योजनाएं बंद करना ही इस सरकार का एकमात्र काम रह गया है?

वैभव कृष्ण जी सही कह रहे हैं उनको जानकारी नहीं हो पाई होगी ।
दरअसल रात में नदी के किनारे पे ओस गिरने लगती है। और वह जाके CCTV के शीशे पे जाके जम जाती है तो तस्वीर पूरी तरह धुंधली हो जाती है ।

और जो लड़का लग्गी में कपड़ा फँसा के उसको साफ़ करता है वो उस समय पेशाब करने चला गया था । तो इसलिए कंट्रोल रूम में बैठे लोगों को कुछ दिखा ही नहीं ।
गुप्त सूत्रों की मानें तो अगले महाकुंभ 2037 में वाइपर वाले CCTV लगवाने की बातचीत चल रही है।
