I was traveling from Lucknow to Gorakhpur with in barabanki,UP we got some time for refreshment and went to a shop to get some toffees on being asked for the price he told us Rs. 2 for Rs. 1 center fresh.
The problem here is not Rs. 1 or Rs.2 the problem is ethical
