We were also told the brine tank would be mid-level, but after regeneration it remains full, doubt if the system is functioning correctly.
The unit has been unusable for month now.

Disappointed with @EurekaForbes service.

Bought Aquaguard AWS-I 2500 in early April. Installed on 24 Apr. Within just 2 days, leakage started between pipe & pressure pump.

The pump was recommended by Eureka’s own salesperson. Unacceptable for a newly installed system.

Called the installed technician either no proper response or asked to pay ₹750 for a technician visit.

Why should we pay for fixing an issue that started immediately after installation?

Customer care complaint registered, but no technician visit for over a week.
