@MR_C_DESIGN @RogersHistory There’s nothing to lose, it’s a sellers market. If you go and it works, stay there, if it doesn’t work, go back to a different school. There aren’t enough teachers to fill the jobs but that doesn’t stop senior staff running about with clipboards, making life difficult for people.

@MR_C_DESIGN @RogersHistory I improved on all areas of my working conditions almost immediately and as long as I get my work done, no-one is even slightly interested in what I used to do. Teaching was fun, but I left feeling like I had escaped a cult.
