My Netplus Broadband is DOWN. App shows Status:ACTIVE,Plan: 60 Mbps, Last Payment Rs.635.04 on 26 Sep 2026 Completed(Invoice: PRP2627001401290)but internet shows OFFLINE.When calling customer care they say plan is INACTIVE.If plan is active,why is internet down?
