@HathwayBrdband 4. Your team started calling me to return the router, and when I said refund my money first, then I’ll happily return the router, no action was taken. Had to tell this to 4 different people at the very least.

@HathwayBrdband 3. Upon multiple follow ups, I was told that the pincode (within the city btw) I’ve relocated is not serviceable. At this point, one month of my subscription was paid for.

My conversation with @flyspicejet didn’t go very well! They’ve asked me to contact them if my #creditshell is near expiry and I’ve not used the #creditshell . This is #not helpful. @DGCAIndia , any thoughts? #spicejet shouldn’t treat its customers like this. #disappointed

My #spicejet flight was cancelled due to Covid. SpiceJet created a #creditshell for me where I can book flights till 28-Feb-2021. But I am unable to as #Spicejet is not operating flights on the route I want! I want a full #refund !!! #fraud @flyspicejet @DGCAIndia

@RajSampark We keep facing electricity outages in our area, and I’m given the same reason every time - “Fuse Melted Madam, fixing now. Will take time”. What I fail to understand is how can a fuse melt back to back, 5-10 times a day. Can you please help me out with abrupt outages?
