Day 3 was supposed to begin the cold outreach engine.
Instead, I stayed inside the organic acquisition engine.
This is a common founder trap: the current work feels useful, so another asset, another page, or another refinement feels justified. The work may be useful. It may still delay the milestone that matters most.

I made a classic founder mistake:

Measure the full path:
candidate → qualified → sent → delivered → reply → positive reply → meeting → trial → active Project → paid
Also tag rejection reasons.
Those reasons train the future agent more than open rates do.
