Sometimes creatives get mentally exhausted too.
We spend so much time creating, replying, delivering, thinking, planning and carrying everybody's expectations that we forget to check on ourselves mentally. Not every delayed reply is pride, disrespect or intentional ignorance. Sometimes life genuinely gets overwhelming behind the scenes.
At the end of the day, everybody is fighting battles nobody fully sees. Sometimes you just have to step back, breathe and fix yourself mentally before you can pour energy into others again.

Dear @GHMusicAwards this is a humble appeal on behalf of photographers you personally call to work for you & also those you give accreditation to. Some of your security guys are so unprofessional & act like photographers & videographers are some sort of sorry to say “useless” people. Some of us have the privilege to get through these situations on our own because we are used to it & also have access to key players but what about those who have no one to rely on? Photographers & videographers come with accreditation & your security guys push them & refuse to let them shoot even when they are not distracting anyone. If you’re not going to allow them shoot even from a distance then why give them accreditation? Because most times these accreditations mean nothing on the day of the event because your security guys don’t allow the accredited media guys shoot but allow some random people with phones to enter spots accredited media people are stopped to enter, like why? You should do better
