This isn’t a peaceful protest. And it certainly isn’t a movement for students.

Who are the people, in the name of students, unleashing violence, arson and anarchy? Who benefits from burning public property, attacking the police and creating chaos? Certainly not the students.

India’s democracy is not so fragile that it can be held hostage by mobs or vandalism. But one question deserves serious reflection: are young people being misled into acts of violence by political forces that cannot secure the people’s mandate through elections?

A protest that selectively targets the State and its institutions is not about justice, it is about disruption. The objective is to create instability, erode public confidence and hold India back.

Think. Reflect. Ask who stands to gain from this chaos. It is certainly not India’s students.
