SMS is an essential service. Customers shouldn't have to wait 24+ hours after an eSIM activation because the operator failed to restore SMS. As a prepaid customer it feels like support requests are not prioritized

Recently switched to an eSIM on Android. Activation completed within the expected time, but SMS services still haven't started even after 24+ hours.The chatbot says it's activated and asks me to restart the phone, but I've tried multiple times with no luck

@Airtel_Presence @TRAI it's really annoying, after sim change SMS aren't wokring after 24hrs too, Since raised request request and complaint to @airtelindia but none of the csd have contacted and it shows their poor service quality

I completed Address Change + Hypothecation Removal online, uploaded all documents, and paid the fees. Yet the application shows "Not Inwarded" and requires an RTO appointment and physical visit.

I have recently foreclosed the 2 wheeler bike loan online a week ago, i could able to get only the statement, Not the NOC or hypothetical removal email marking the specified RTO.

Even if I call delivery person he is telling some excuses and now it's showing as delivered
