This is Dr James Fraser who holds the position of Chair @NCMD_England James is a liar who lied about taking tests that were never taken, lied about results being negative but were never taken and lied about the discovery of a hospital bacterial infection. James last week was criticised for not assisting a coroner and being defensive and evasive. James was apart of the cover up of the negligent failings which killed our son. How do these people hold such positions?

Thank you @BBCBreakfast for having us on the show this morning to share Ben’s story. Just last week, the Avon coroner added bacterial super infection to Ben’s death certificate which is everything we have fought for over the past ten years. In his verdict the coroner used some scathing language to criticise @uhbwNHS for being evasive and defensive and not assisting him reaching his verdict. How many more years will it take for someone to hold accountable those doctors who covered up their negligent failings which killed Ben in 2015 @wesstreeting @MariaKaneNHS @CQCProf @gmcuk @matthewhillbbc

He failed to treat our Ben with antibiotics, lied about taking tests, lied saying tests were negative, misled a coroner at Ben’s first inquest (2016), and lied and misled a coroner At Bens second inquest last week. This is paediatric intensive care doctor Suzanne Dean from Bristol Royal Hospital for Children @uhbwNHS She lied about taking tests on our son, lied about results, lied in a family meeting and lied to a coroner at two inquests. At our #BenCondons second inquest this week the coroner said he would but rely on any of her evidence as she was defensive and evasive. We heard her on several occasions tell blatant lies. Hi GMC, Yesterday at the conclusion of our son Ben Condon’s inquest Dr Suzanne Dean, Dr Mathew Christopherson and Dr James Fraser were all criticised by the Coroner for their behaviour in giving evidence. How are these doctors @uhbwNHS Bristol Royal Hospital for Children allowed to continue in their roles in PICU after 10 years of lying and covering up failings. @CQCProf Surely their behaviour at Ben’s inquest is a further example of breaching the legal Duty of Candour to be open and honest. Are you just going to sit back and do nothing again or hold this Trust accountable. @MariaKaneNHS I haven’t even got started on the illegal samples after death yet for which we have evidence that your senior managers knew about it 9 years ago and done nothing at all. @HTA_UK

I have asked @uhbwNHS can I view Ben’s original medical records in person. They have refused. If they have nothing further to hide, why not just agree @MariaKaneNHS I have had to ask that they are not destroyed which they have agreed but why would an NHS Trust not want a father to view his dead baby’s medical records, only copies made by proven liars who have spent ten years covering up failings. @wesstreeting How can an NHS Trust be allowed to prevent this reasonable request. @CQCProf keep watching. Maybe more breaches of Duty of Candour.

So these are the three doctors who lied At Bens inquest and the coroner called them out for giving evasive and defensive evidence that he said he would not consider or rely upon. Dr Suzanne Dean is a born liar. She just reels them off. She also told the coroner she was not concerned about Ben when his temperature was 34.5. Dr Matthew Christopherson another liar and Dr James Fraser who told the coroner that the Radiographers opinions were all wrong. @uhbwNHS When will you do something about these doctors. They have been doing the same for ten years now and you need to get a grip.

Final day of Bens inquest and the coroner concluded that antibiotics should have been given earlier and added pseudomonas superinfection to his death certificate which is everything we have battled for 10 years for. More significantly, the coroner used some scathing language about the conduct of the doctors at the inquest and said he would not be relying on their evasive and defensive evidence. @uhbwNHS you are a disgrace to the NHS. Your doctors and legal team at this inquest have been an embarrassment and clearly the lessons you say have been learned, simply have not. As for the illegal samples you have taken from Ben’s body after he died we will come back to that one. I am sure you will deny it like you have denied everything else. @CQCProf @wesstreeting @MariaKaneNHS @HTA_UK

Less than one week before Ben’s inquest I was contacted by the Trust CEO Maria Kane @uhbwNHS regarding the second inquest into our son Ben who was negligently left to die by doctors at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. She said ‘we will do everything we can to assist the coroner’. Maybe she should have turned up herself to witness the lies from doctors from what is clearly a scandal hit rotten hospital

What have seen so far from Ben’s inquest tells me that as an organisation, @uhbwNHS have not changed at all. The staff who negligently left Ben to die at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children have not changed either, they continue to lie. Yesterday we heard the first partly honest witness from that Trust. Witnessed the Medical Director winking at a witness on the stand while another senior manager sat and frowned at witnesses. He never stood a chance and neither do others.

I think having heard evidence over the last two weeks At Ben’s inquest, it’s now important to start exposing those who have chosen a continued path of lying. Those who have been honest we can move on from. Dr James Fraser, Dr Suzanne Dean and Dr Matthew Christopherson all of PICU Bristol Royal Hospital for Children need to continue to be exposed. We had to sit and listen to the lies and bullshit just roll out of Dr Suzanne Deans mouth at Ben’s inquest today. I think her problem is she has spent so long convincing herself she couldn’t be wrong that she has started to believe her own lies. @uhbwNHS @CQCProf @NHSEngland @gmcuk
