Absolutely pathetic experience with @LGIndia.
Bought refrigerator TWICE and received a damaged unit both times. First unit (from LG dealer in Surat): Door dented, 19 monthold mfg, Rat damage at back, After 2 weeks of endless follow-ups, they finally refunded. @jagograhakjago

Ironically, for the first unit they were ready to offer discount. Now Surat service team says the discount policy is “not applicable”& they not ready to give this in https://t.co/Sth9FbzscH this the quality control and customer service @LGIndia promises?@jagograhakjago take note

2nd unit-bought directly from LG website D2C: Both doors dented on delivery now they are offering 1yr free warranty on permanently damaged doors.If I opt for replacement,they say it'll take 10–12 day minimum.means nearly 4 weeks wasted&no guarantee next one won’t be damaged again

@sardesairajdeep Yes it is too much to ask. Its not the case that india gets a single venue in every tournament. And in this CT host is at fault as india didn't ask for a single venue. They just asked the venue outside pak. Pak. Could have set india matches in 3-4 venue
