Bengal is already witnessing a DOUBLE ENGINE DISASTER.
In Khejuri’s Jonka GP, West Bhangan Mari area, nearly 10 shops were allegedly set ablaze last night by BJP miscreants, right in front of the police. Entire livelihoods have been reduced to ashes because hatred and intimidation are now being used as political tools.
This is the true face of the politics preached by @AmitShah and @BJP4India - division, fear and targeted violence carried out with complete impunity.
Where are the Central Forces now? Or are they deployed only when it suits the BJP’s political agenda? Is the Home Minister watching in silence while Bengal burns?
If shops can be torched and communities terrorised in broad daylight, what remains of law and order? The message being sent is loud and dangerous - under BJP’s shadow, violence appears protected.
And as they say, the morning shows the day.
Shameful and deeply provocative.
In the Banshihari area of Dakshin Dinajpur, the statues of Sidhu and Kanhu Murmu, the legendary heroes of the Santhal Rebellion, have been vandalised.
This is not mere vandalism. It is a direct attack on Adivasi pride, history and the identity of Bengal’s tribal communities.
The same people who seek votes in the name of tribal welfare remain silent when the icons revered by tribal society are repeatedly disrespected.
Bengal will not tolerate this politics of hatred and insult. Those responsible for this disgraceful act must be identified and punished immediately!
@rashtrapatibhvn@PMOIndia@HMOIndia@WBPolice@CMOfficeWB
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) on their impressive victory in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. I also convey my warm wishes to Shri @TVKVijayHQ on being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
This verdict reflects the aspirations, trust and democratic will of the people of Tamil Nadu. I am confident that under his leadership, Tamil Nadu will continue its journey of progress, welfare and inclusive development.
Wishing him and his government success in serving the people with dedication and commitment.
To every mother in Bengal:
When you enter the polling booth tomorrow, let the screams of the silenced ring in your ears. Remember the darkness that follows BJP.
Don’t let the future of our daughters be eclipsed by fear. Don't let their light be extinguished by those who prey on women. Your vote is the only shield they have left.
Vote to protect. Vote for their tomorrow.
The extraordinary enthusiasm, the genuine warmth, the spontaneous emotional outpouring of ordinary people at yesterday’s padyatra and janasabhas have moved me in ways that words can only approximate. This is a bond, forged over years of standing together through every challenge this land has faced. The victory of Maa-Mati-Manush is no longer a matter of prediction. It is a matter of time.
This sacred land of Bengal has, since time immemorial, stood as a beacon of harmony, culture, and civilisational pride. It has no place for divisive, destructive forces who seek to deprive Bengal of its rightful dues, tarnish its heritage, and ride their lust for power over the dignity of its people. They will receive the only response they deserve. A decisive, democratic reckoning from the vigilant and united people of Bengal.
The momentum of development has touched every corner of this state. No malicious force can halt it. Our people-centric welfare initiatives are the protective shield of Bengal's citizens, and no power on earth has the authority to snatch them away. I remain firmly confident that the people will continue to stand for Bengal's development, peace, and progress as they always have.
To protect our language, our culture, and the proud legacy of this land, I humbly appeal to every citizen, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or background, to press the Joraphool symbol on 29th April and ensure a resounding victory for all Maa-Mati-Manush candidates.
Bengal is not for sale to the highest bidder.
Do not be deceived by BJP’s last-minute doles and desperate promises.
Do not trade your financial security, your hard-earned dignity, and your family's future for a handful of Jumlas.
To every Trinamool Congress leader, party worker, booth agent, volunteer, supporter, and believer in the Maa-Mati-Manush philosophy 👇
Buy every packet of sobuj aabir you can find. Stockpile it. Hoard it. Because on 4th May, there is going to be a very serious shortage. The entire state will be painted green. Rabindrasangeet will buzz from every corner of Bengal. And yes, we will play a little DJ too.
Get ready. The celebration has already begun in our hearts. The streets just need to catch up.
Joy Bangla! Maa-Mati-Manush Zindabaad!
People of Bengal:
Tomorrow, when you step into the polling booth, vote to defend the very soul of our land. Vote to protect our harmony, our unity, and our right to live on our own terms, to choose what we eat, what we wear, the language we speak, and the God we worship.
Bengal has always been a sanctuary for love and brotherhood. Do not let the BJP poison this sacred soil with the venom of hatred and division. Our culture is our strength; don’t let them tear it apart.
⚠️ BJP called Bengali "Bangladeshi language.”
⚠️ BJP said "there is no such language as Bengali."
⚠️ BJP threatened that those writing Bengali in census documents in Assam would be identified as foreigners.
⚠️ And now, BJP's campaign collateral is being circulated in Bengali written in Hindi script.
This is a preview of the LINGUISTIC IMPOSITION BJP intends to enforce if they ever gain power in Bengal.
Imagine a Bengal where you are forced to read the poetry of Kobiguru Rabindranath Tagore in Hindi script. Where the films of Satyajit Ray are dubbed in Hindi, if they are permitted to exist at all. Where the language that carries within it centuries of literature, music, philosophy, and identity is erased.
That is the "Poriborton" BJP is offering Bengal.
SAY NO TO BJP. Protect Bengali. Protect Bengal.
.@ECISVEEP has crossed all limits of bias and partisanship.
In a circular sent via WhatsApp to Police Observers and Central Forces, the Election Commission has directed Flying Surveillance Teams (FSTs) to conduct intrusive checks on all Trinamool Congress protectees, including Shri @abhishekaitc and his wife, in full public view. These checks will be monitored live from the CEO’s control room.
Yet, the same Election Commission maintains a deafening silence on the massive entourages of Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, and the entire BJP central leadership who are flooding into Bengal. Not a single question about the money, arms, or illegal contraband they might be bringing in to influence the polls.
This is subservience to @BJP4India. How low will ECI stoop to favour one party and target another? The people of Bengal are watching this daylight bias. We demand immediate withdrawal of this discriminatory circular and equal scrutiny for everyone, including BJP leaders. Democracy cannot be selectively applied.
BJP wants to bring their Talibani mindset to Bengal. The "Poriborton" they promise is REGRESSION OF THE DARKEST KIND. A Bengal where women receiving Lakshmir Bhandar are caged inside their homes. Where people's houses are razed by bulldozers. Where frenzied mobs run riot, destroying everything in their path. Where there are bans on what people eat, what they wear, who they love, and which faith they practise.
I see no difference between those who vandalised Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar's bust and those who vandalised Buddha statues in Afghanistan. The contempt is identical. Only the geography has changed. So fierce is BJP's hatred for Bengal that they seek to bow this land into subjugation through TYRANNY, COERCION, INTIMIDATION, and HUMILIATION.
But they do not know Bengal. Bengal is a free land. A proud land. A land that would embrace the gallows before it polishes the boots of oppressors. The Bangla-birodhi Zamindars will learn that the hard way. This election will be their lesson.
My brothers and sisters are my greatest asset. The source of my strength. The backbone of everything we have built together over these fifteen years. Birbhum, Purba Bardhaman, Paschim Bardhaman, and Bankura have bound me in a debt of love and blessings. I am filled with confidence that our Maa-Mati-Manush Sarkar will return for a historic fourth consecutive term.
I give you my word. As long as I breathe, I will let no harm befall this land or its people. I will fight to the very last to protect Bengal and every soul within it. Those conspiring to divide our people, malign our state, strip away democratic rights, and exploit and humiliate the people of Bengal will not succeed. Not while we stand together. I call upon every caste, every creed, every class, every religion to rise as one immovable force against the Bangla-Birodhi Zamindars who threaten everything we stand for.
I call upon you to repose your faith in Shri Ujjal Chatterjee from Suri, Shri Chandranath Sinha from Bolpur, Shri Asish Banerjee from Rampurhat, Shri Abhijit Sinha (Rana) from Labpur, Shri Shyamaprasanna Lohar from Ausgram, Shri Alok Kumar Majhi from Galsi, Shri Pradip Mazumdar from Durgapur Purba, Smt. Kavi Dutta from Durgapur Paschim, Shri Moloy Ghatak from Asansol Uttar, Shri Hareram Singh from Jamuria, Shri Narendranath Chakraborty from Pandabeswar, Shri Anup Mondal from Bankura, and every single Maa-Mati-Manush candidate across Bengal.
In Bengali we have a popular saying,
“স্যাকরার ঠুকঠাক, কামারের এক ঘা!” BJP has subjected Bengal to repeated acts of hostility, blow after blow against this land and its people.
They have deliberately withheld the people’s rightful funds. They have persecuted and tormented Bengali-speaking brothers and sisters in BJP-ruled states. They have insulted our icons, belittled our culture, banned our food habits, questioned the legitimacy of our language, and above all, conspired to rob the people of their democratic voice.
For all these continuous acts of aggression and humiliation, what BJP will receive on the 4th of May is one single, decisive, thundering strike so powerful that it will bring their entire castle of illusions crashing down to the ground. This one strike will humble the arrogant Bangla-Birodhi Zamindars who think they are invincible. This one strike will remind these obnoxious overlords that no matter how much power they capture in Delhi, the ultimate power always rests with the people.
Mark my words. BJP’s downfall in Bengal is written in the stars.
